'Neon Alley' to show uncut, dubbed premieres of Tiger & Bunny, Inuyasha: The Final Act, Lagrange - The Flower of Rin-ne</b>

ANN (AnimeNewsNetwork) interviewed Brian Ige, Vice President of Animation for Viz Media, about the launch of Neon Alley.
Neon Alley is a 24hr anime service that will be hosted on a major console (i'm guessing the Xbox or PS3) and will launch this fall (it will cost $6.99 a month for the service).

What do i think about this?

:iconinusilenceplz:

Personally this is pretty useless and Viz's way of making fast cash:iconinugrowlplz:. I love InuYasha (to death) but i will rather save those seven dollars a month for the DVD's that will be released this fall as well:iconinuwthplz:. Honestly, i'm not in a rush to watch the dub (i love the Japanese version more:iconinucameplz:) so i can wait an extra month or more for the DVD's.

This also makes me doubt InuYasha The Final Act will air on adult swim (who knows i can be wrong:iconinushiftyplz:).

what do you guys think???? will you spend seven dollars a month or wait for the DVD box-set???:iconinuconfusedplz:

Not going to lie, I love the dub! The Japanese is brilliant too, but I saw the English first and it just sort of stuck with me. I'm disappointed Moneca Stori and David Kaye aren't returning, but as long as Richard Cox is still there as InuYasha, I'll tolerate. :D Super excited about this preview and the DVDs! Though living in England I doubt I'll be able to get my hands on a usable copy!! >__<

I always buy anime DVDs rather than watching through Netflix or things like that, if I buy an anime it's because I've either seen it on Adult Swim/the Japanese version/saw it with a freind etc, yeah... nope, won't be getting that even if I had a console (I don't xD) I'll be getting the DVDs

I love Inuyasha's English va, and have been soooo excited about the Tiger and bunny dub. This is just wonderful news to me haha XD

I've been patient this long, though, so I guess I'll just wait for the dvds . . . ugh lol.

Thanks for the news, though!

Dear lord. I totally agree with you!
I remember watching the subbed version come out a couple years ago on hulu. The Japanese is way better, like you said.
So why waste that 'little' amount of money on a few episodes.
Really stupid, plus some of the voices are changed.
I'm so happy they didn't change Naraku's voice, Paul Dobson. He's so rad, honestly thats the only reason I'm going to watch the Final Act in English.
I'm glad they're going to have the dubs done soon, but honestly. Come on Viz.
